Reservation Policy

  • Only available at store. A 20% of the item’s value will be collected to reserve the item for 7-day. Deposit collected is non-refundable or transferrable unless the item is not as described upon collection
  • The deposit will not be returned in any other situation

    • Refund Policy

  • All items sold are considered final. It is not refundable or returnable unless the item is proven to be not authentic.

    • Warranty Policy

  • Upon receiving the watch, 7-day warranty will be given to cover any of the watch’s original defect, such as not working, unacceptable time difference to influence normal usage and etc.
  • Checking will be conducted and necessary servicing/repairing will be done accordingly to ensure the watch is in working order.

    • Shipping Policy

  • Any order received will be processed between 3-5 working days.
  • For both Malaysia and international shipping, courier insurance is included for all items.
  • For international orders, the recipients are responsible for any custom duties or taxes required or extra information needed for custom clearance.
  • Tracking number will be provided for all shipping.
